1999 Maxum 4100 SCR 2 owner. Original owner bought new in 2000 and due to medical reasons only had the boat on the water 4 seasons. The boat was in climate controlled storage the remainder of the time he owned it. Over the last 2 years I have updated/ upgraded many systems and components.  The only items I know of that need work are a new washdown pump and a new cable for the nav radar if you want to use it.  This is a very roomy boat. We often times had 12 or more people on board during the day and slept 4 of us nearly every weekend over the last 2 years. The diesels are pretty efficient and we only required 1 fill up each season with trips out to our favorite coves each weekend along with some weekend cruises to different points on the lake. My family purchased this boat 2 years ago with plans to keep it for many years and replaced/ maintained things with that goal. The only reason we are selling is because we have decided to design and build our own home and we will not have time to use the boat for at least a couple years.
